Barb, I'm sure sorry to know it's been so rough lately. Sometimes, just seems like it all wants to pile up at once. I think everybody's got a neighbor who's a jerk to have to deal with, who only knows you when they need something. Ya just have to chalk it up to experience, and remember his lovely attitude the next time he shows up on your doorstep.
