Fall sounds good,,,just to say in a different way that is 2 1/2" on a 10' chunk of pipe from level. TOO much slope doesnt let the solids float and the water runs too quick.

Inside the crawl space depends on how you want clearance etc. With floor joists or across?,,,usually keep as high as possible ,,,(from stool) down far enough to clear joists and hang from,,support,,,then horizontal(remember that 2% slope) long sweep on ALL 90's. I would use a long sweep tee under stool with a clean out threaded plug on other horizontal. IF you use a clean out here you will neveer need it,,,if you dont you will wish you did at some point. Horizontal over to directly above main and down

Same with shower or sink. How far is shower or sink from the main line??If close dont need more vent if not close vent it. put vent in the far end.

Would also mention you should have a double (forgot exact name for them,,,the tee that turns both ways. Just saw them yesterday) . So you can have a cleanout right before the tank that you can tape the inlet of the tank,,,most likely place of a plug, and or run a tape all the way back to the house,,,or just look into. This runs up to surface,,,low enough the lawn mower doesnt bump into or over. This is the one access you WILL use the most.

Other mention is I would use all heavy wall pipe and NOT the thin wall drain pipe as the thin pipe WILL collapse and smash,,,ALL cleaned and glued,,,to keep tree roots from finding a wet crack. Support all pipes appropriately inside the crawl and your good to go.

One other little tip is to put stool flange level with finished floor OR check your stool to see if it fits without rocking. Nothing worse than having to grind relief out of a flange to avoid a rocking motion. Once your glued tight its a bad find.
