| Thanks all for your tips on this. I decided after a ton of reading to try a modified method from above. I am using burlap sacks to lay over the rows and bought new seed from a small producer who is confident in his product. Keeping it wet and covered at least two weeks and hopefully I can still get a crop of these tasty roots. Still plenty of growing season even with the late start. | |
