Neil, I had the same thing happen last year, a week from tasseling. If it is blown flat, it will be garbage. It will pollinate poorly as the leaves will block pollen. Is it is sled runnered like it looks in the pics, the yield will be off ~20%. The closer to tassel the less time it has to recover.

The biggest suggestion I have for you is to plant beans in your hardest hit fields next year. Have select on hand to handle the volunteer corn, it's coming. Lot of guys tried COC in their fields and some are bad. At least in beans you can clean them up.
