now that you have those holes drilled ,I would get a drill bit of the size to drill to the edges of each one. This will basically cut the bolt in half. you then should be able to wiggle them out. generally with the larger size bolts it's easier to just drill across the bolt with a small bit, Once you get them loose you can drive one half in and pull the other half. Run  a thread chaser after.
