Yes it can be resealed, you will need the solution seal for the pump and a seal kit for the hyd motor, look very closely at the end shaft that runs in a needle bearing for wear, also look at the discharge housing to help determine if it is worth resealing the motor, with much wear you are better off replacing the complete pump.
