I believe this is so true, then the siblings know what is what and the estate is not tied up in court, lawyers do not get richer from court proceedings. If I have worked hard and invested wisely, I want to be the one who determines what happens with the assets that were accumulated during my lifetime, not a judge in a court proceeding. | |
