Ohio City Ohio | Finally got to pour shop floor today, build the building last winter already, but kept having other projects take priority, finally set out minds to getting it done so started leveling gravel two weeks ago and got everything ready to pour for today. 60 by 80 by 16 ft studded on top of concrete foundation. Number nine gravel from clay base to 8 inches below finish floor grade, than layer of plastic, 3.25 inch poly iso foam, another layer of plastic, than stapled down 1/2 inch oxi pex, half in rebar 2 ft on center on 1.5 inch plastic chairs and a 6 inch average layer of 6 bag 4000 psi mix, added hot water and 1 % non chloride calcium to speed up setting time due to cold weather, Had amish crew help pour and finish, but other than that it was mostly dad and myself that got everything prepped. More pics to follow Sorry the last pics are blurry, wasn't paying enough attention and the settings changed on camera. Also wanted to get better shot of belt truck, but once we started pouring it was all hands on deck because it was setting up so fast.
