When I bought my new 2009 chevy 4x4, the battery would go dead every week or so. This continued until it was a year old and my onstar subscription ran out. We figured onstar was continually searching diagnostics and draining the battery. I can't prove this, but coincidently or not, once I discontinued onstar, my battery quit having problems.........
