Pontiac IL | I've been thinking about building a containment facility, you need enough concrete to support the tank, then the concrete cracks, remove tanks and put a liner in. Why not just start with a good base then use one of the fabric containment systems. I've looked at a concrete fuel facility, they don't have to pump water out, it runs out the cracks in the concrete. They will have to put in a liner, but look at the expense, emptying all the tanks, dismantle plumbing, lift out tanks,install liner and put it all back. Why not just start with a liner?
