| Hi York, I saw it at Agritechnica and was intrigued also....
I asked the salesman how it did in mud and he agreed that was an issue, because mud could accumulate around the rollers and potentially stop them turning. But he added that the ball was very flexible and should shed mud fairly well, especially at very low soil psi.
My other concern would be squarely crossing a wash-out in a field - it looks like the ball could potentially deform and stay in the washout, as the frame moved forward. What about sharp objects piercing the ball? Rubber tires don't last long in Bt corn stalks, or short soybean stems.....
