Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn. | There are different wiring patterns for different planter monitor harnesses. Even though many of them use the 37 pin AMP connector there are difference in how Power and Ground are handled. Some use a pair for power and another pair for ground. Some just have a single pin for power and another for ground. Most of them use Pins 1-X for the sensor signal but then when larger planters came out they had to use some of the larger numbers.
All in all this can be very confusing and difficult to get the correct adapter harness for the situation.
I suspect that in both cases, the problem may be due to confusion with the cable going between the device and the current planter harness. |
