Does a reduction gear starter turn an engine slower faster or the same as OEM?
I bought a reduction gear starter from Abilene machine for my early 4020 and since then it's hard to start. It didn't always start real easy before and is probably due for an overhaul. I was wondering if this new starter turns it slower making it reallyntought to start and if I'd be better off going back to a regular starter.
