I don't know what all equipment you have set up on the CORS already. If you want mobil with Outback, ditch the 400 MHZ and just go with the 900 MHZ A321 as a portable base and use the A320 rover. Make you some permanent mounts around your farm for repeatability and good coverage at the tops of hills and just take it with you when you go. Mount the A321 and power it up and by the time you get into the tractor and ready to go to work it will be transmitting correction.

A321 and A320 (900 MHZ) with 3 year extended service plan without Glonass is less than $16000 add $3000 for Glonass unlocks. If you don't need an Outback A320 as a rover, just the A321 (900 MHZ) with 3year extended service plan is about $8000.
