Iowa | I will give you some advice that I should of took . Dont work that hard all the time. nothing wrong with working hard but not 20 hrs a day 7 days a week. I did it for about 15 years. when I was in high shool my friends were partying and I was working. I am 30 now and can hardly walk first thing in the mornong. if the back aint hurting its the knees or shoulder or something. I still work 7 days a week but not like I used to. Take a break sometimes and give the body some time to reover. the work will be there tommorow. | |
