To the OP: I say go for it...but keep your eyes wide open. One outfit near me sold out this past spring...talk was that they had a bunch of money on the books. Now, I hear the other one in my area is for sale with a lot of money owed to them. It would probably only take a couple of non-paying customers to ruin your dreams.
