Subject: RE: male or female dog

North End I-15
I had a male fixed Airedale . He was with out doubt the finest most loyal dog I ever had . He was protective to a fault . Gental with kids , but hell on cats ,rabbits , mice , any thing with fur or feathers .Was the only dog I ever wanted to live as long as I .

Dolly the mini schnauzer is a cute little rascal and goes every where with us . A real lap,dog but also a great gopher hunter . She actually drug in a muskrat tail from some where , she hunts what ever is around the farm . Has yet to catch a cotton tail but not from lack of trying .

Both Airedales and schnauzer are hyper alergenic type dogs . Do not shed , but need grooming and hair cuts on a regular basis . Cockel burrs in the fur are a fall ritual , not fun . The last go around we had dolly shaved nearly to the skin to take care of the burrs, weed seeds etc.
Poodles are good dogs but a grooming problem also .

Wife prefers females because of licking their the personals is not as prevalent as males .
( nor as gross according to her )

Bad joke : this one might get me to the banned room .....

Two fellows. walking down the street .
They see a big German Shepard siting on the side walk licking him self .
One fellow says to the other ...."Wish I could do that"
Second fellow says .......Better see if you can pet him first .
