Texas Panhandle | I'm south of you just a bit and have been considering the same. Talked to a guy north of Lubbock, said they paid $39-41/cwt this year...not sure if that was oil or confectionary. Central TX was full of them, and guys down there said more acres will go to them in '13. Apparently an expanding mkt. If you don't mind, let me know if you find out more details before I talk with them...would be interested to find out a little more. | |
