We are having our farm logged. Logger is pulling out a mix of timber (white oak, poplar, elm, red oak, hickory, etc.). He is takng a flat rate of $120 per thousand board feet. Last sale (he gets 3 bids) ran $483 per thousand. He also gets some of the cull logs which he sells as firewood.
