Most retailers won't let you leave their yard unless you have a DOT sticker on your pickup here in SE Mn. DOT was out thick stopping and inspecting truck and tank this fall. Heard of a coop given a speeding ticket on one of their floaters, tires are rated for a certain speed, he was exceeding that speed.
