Northern IL | No common sense now days is the problem. You don't need the smv if the wagon is being pulled more than 25 down the road, but you do need it when it is pulled by the tractor. So do they expect you to remove the smv then put it back on. Just stupidity. To bad the hose didn't break right when the cop was walking up by the tank, and he got a good whif you could have laughed at him crying like a baby. | |
