While you are taking treatments and don't want to get too far away, you can't go wrong visiting the places mentioned in the USA. Hawaii of course is probably number one but don't over look a gulf vacation, the desert southwest is a pretty nice place and a lot to see and California is not all LA.
Key west is one of my dreams and going to go there someday-its five o'clock somewhere!
PS-A cruise is not my favorite nor is an "all-inclusive"- I like stepping outside the circle sometimes and both tend to keep you pretty well corraled up. JMHO.
