using a H&S pattern you have the first one at $17.80 that took beans down to $14.80 Now you a recently completed H&S that top around $15.50 area that would take you to $12.50 ish area so maybe that is what they are looking at
For the record I'm not a real big tech type guy so I very well could be wrong with what they are looking at. I think there might also be a gap left open in the charts at that level.
