| Custom farm rates are usually under $100. so consider that.
this is rental rate of $100?? no rent to pay on this piece that went 80/20., HOWEVER, the rent on the other piece went up about 57%. Cash rent on that one. Haven't heard much good about this farm management company. When we tell ppl who is mgr they go, ohhh shoot. In my book, they reank way below telemarketers.
History on these 2 peices of ground: DIL rented them for 23 years and now we have for 4 years. LL in mid 90's I think. Equipment not big nor new.Time will tell what happens with the Farm mgr..... | |
