anyone with experience with 80/20 crop share? the good, the bad the ugly? LL paying all crop inputs except application cost (elevator or deisel fuel). Have a feeling the farm mgr had a hand in it (and the wallet). Just wondering how it turns out for the renter.
This looks like just a custom farm proposal, and it may work well for both. Custom farm rates are usually under $100. so consider that.
Some here have a 75/25 crop share where the renter pays all of the expenses, and he gets 75% and the LL gets 25%. |
