Wallis, TX | I'll stand by my statement that it was (still is) a CIVIL matter, never was a criminal matter. If the dealer made a mistake and thought it needed to go after the buyer for more money (something they didn't have a snowballs chance in the hot place to win) it needed to be in a lawsuit.
I'll add that with all the rebates, kickbacks, incentives, inflated trade values and other ploys dealers use to keep the customer in the dark how could one really know what the value of the vehicle is or if the second one was really more money. | |
