Fayetteville Arkansas | I spent six years as a development and performance facilitator for Armstrong. We didn't have that product then so it must have been introduced after 2000. Back then Congo was competition. I would think that Armstrong would stand behind the product if a claim needed filed to fix bad product. This is most often associated with product changeover on the fly and getting a mix of different profile types. The product numbers can pin it down to who when and where it was ran.
Edit....I like a faucet over the stove that swings back to the wall for filling pans on the stove....works nice as you age to not carry pans of water from sink to stove.
