My inversion table is also a Teeter Hang Up, model 960. When I first saw one, I was impressed with the quality and how easy it is to get into. I saw this one at a friend's house, he's had back problems for years and said using the table gives him relief. I ordered one 2 days later, been using it almost 2 weeks and yes, I'd recommend one to anyone having back pain. Just don't over do it. My chiropractor suggested going feet up and count to ten, then horizontal or upright for a couple minutes, do this about 3 times each time you get on it. So far, my back sure feels better, not pain free but better.
