| I have two inversion tables. The expensive one lives in the storage barn, it was too much trouble to use. It has boots to put on first, then those hooked to the table.
The cheap one I like was bought used from a friend that complained that it hurt his bad knees. It has padded bars that you stick your ankles between. That one I paid $80 for and I think it sold for $120 new at Kmart or Sears. It says "CHAMP" on it.
Inversion tables work better on lower back pain than upper back pain. They are a simple type of traction and there is not as much usable hanging weight higher up on the back. | |
