My Brother bought a 3020 Gas new. We kept it around for years and fought to try to get it to run decent. It took a lot of gas and never really ran correctly. Tried various updates such as electronic ignition and different carbs - this hepled somewhat but I feel the engine is simply a bad design.
Finally my nephew sold it outright - I was glad to see it go!
