I have seen walking tandems that caused trouble, but it is not an inherent problem. Usually it is a worn hinge where the lift arm attaches to the frame, a worn pivot point where the tandem "walks" or a twisted lift arm. I've seen all three. The best advice I can give you is park the disc on a level surface and raise the lift arms enough to get the tires off the ground and measure/eyeball to see if things track straight. The second advice is to replace the tires with front backhoe tires. They cost about the same or just a few dollars more and have a much longer life. | |
