This is a bin on a farm we purchased so we were not around when it went up.
I am saying there is no re bar in the foundation
In 2005 we pulled the floor up to take the cement blocks out and put in steel floor supports. The cracks were there, but not that bad in 2005.
This is a wet bin and will be filled and emptied 5 or 6 time in the fall.
Is it time for a new bin pad
