ec illinois champaign | i`d fill the cracks with self leveling concrete expansion joint sealer,,you can get it at any lowes,menards etc,or a concrete supply place,,always use clean sand for fill,,i like rebar up and down for legs and the 2 rows going around in the actual footer,,we then like wire mesh laid across the whole pad,tied together and then the ends are tied to the top rebar going around,,its all tied together in 1 nice pc | |
