The blasted stuff grows into the tile lines plugging it.

 This rush is everywhere in my area. We get 3-4' of rain over the winter. Not in the cloud dumps that so many here get, but it stays wet and mild all winter. Perfect growing for rush.  We also fight carpets of toad rush. Very high rates of braodleaf chems like crossbow are about all we can do to get some control.
