Agree on QuickBooks.  Have used it for 10 years.  You can setup the Income and expense accounts to mirror any tax form you want.  I find that the Schedule F is not detailed enough for adequate income and expense analysis.  So I further break them down using sub-accounts and categories.  They you just pick up the account totals for schedule F.
