Put the disc in again and check new, the program will give you a few options such as; do you want to upgrade or fresh install. If you choose fresh install it will present a few options such as; do you want to back up your system - indicate yes and it will put all your junk in a back file as it installs the new operating system.

If at anytime before the actual installation begins you feel uncomfortable then select the back button.
