I know this is old but I searched and found this thread. I built one similar to this using a 900# gate hinge with ball bearing but I can seem to get a good way of attaching my box frame to the hinge everything I have tried bends and was wondering if I could get a pic of how you enforced the connection between your pivot and frame the box sits in thanks for anyhelp
