I don't think these will fit Illinois' definition of an ATV or possibly even a UV because they are considered gray market road vehicles. But even if they do pass the ATV definition, a screw-up in Illinois golf cart laws makes it illegal for a farmer to use and ATV on the road for farm purposes. Until 1/1/10 you could use an ATV on a secondary road for farm work and be legal.
