They'll work, but remember that you're sitting in front of the steer tires, ever rode in a cab over? Bumps are magnified in these rigs. We've had several, trying to get away from costly 4 wheeler repairs. IMO they are just as costly to maintain as a 4 wheeler.
They are nice when it's cold and/or raining and you have to be out.
