Crock pot recipe:

 

1 bag frozen hashbrowns

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 1/2 can (soup can from above) milk

salt and pepper and dried minced onion to taste

(can also add bacon or ham if you like that)

Add some more milk and 1 cup sour cream toward the end of cooking if the mixture has become too thick.

Put the above ingredients in the crockpot, stir and cook on LOW until bubbly. (probaby 3-4 hours or so) It's been awhile since I've made this. I usually start it in early afternoon if I want it for supper.
