partly cook your potatoes on top the stove.... sliced or cubed.... about 4 to 5 pounds is what I peel at one time.... leftoevers are good.... don't forget to put salt in the potaotes when they are boiling..... drain potatoes and add 1 can cream of mushroom soup, half a can of half and half, half a can of sour cream, about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.....mix together and bake uncovered in the oven at 350 until bubbly and potatoes done....I put them in a 9x13 dish
