Others have given some pretty good advice. As far as adjusting air, if you have more doubles than skips air down, if there's more skips than doubles air up. I would recommend using a plate on the smaller end then the big. My 6000 series plants heavier seed much more precise than lighter. I can about guarantee that it will get better sigulation with Corteva seed and the worst singulation with Dekalb. I will say that I had slightly better yields with Dekalb varieties last year even with worse singulation.
