NE Alberta | The photos were taken when we sold it with 7126 hr.. Approx. half of those hours were with it weighted as shown (cast weights but no fluid). It originally had smaller tires and liquid ballast, and because of its tendency to power hop in our conditions when pulling hard going up steep hills, I believe that when we made the switch, it was easier on the drive drain (no more power hop). We had the planetaries reversed (RABA axles) at approx. 4000 hrs. when we had axle seals changed. Especially early on, we had axle seal issues, but more recently the seals seamed to be OK. What may have helped with the axle seal issue was we put rubber flaps over the axles to keep junk from falling into the seal. Other than that we never had any axle issues (or major issues on anything else).
