The were proudly showing us the most modern manufacturing equipment they had recently installed to manufacture the 100 hp to 200 hp size tractors they were selling at that time. Came out during the conversation that demand was only about 1/3 the number of tractors they needed to build and sell to break even. The sale to Case was not too long after that.
