Subject: RE: When things went wrong

SW Minnesota
I'll be 63 next week. There have been periods where I have have exercised pretty regular. The one activity that I had always had except for 5 years away at school, that's livestock chores. I still do the chores on my 4000 hd site and have maybe missed loading a couple of loads in 20 years. I usually do some of the washing. I have always been afraid that if I quit livestock I would not keep up with a good exercise program. It is just too easy to not exercise one day if you hurt. I have a friend who is 66 and runs a construction crew. He insists on burning wood all winter and keeping a few animals so he has to keep moving. My suggestion is get more livestock and a ho tub.
