I am still in my 30s, for a few more months, my exercise routine is the same as yours. Last few days my legs and thigh muscles have been sore from walking through the snow we keep getting.
So your saying if I start exercising before the big 4-0 I will be ok? At least I got a few months before I need to start then.
IMO you need to stretch those muscles some too. But only in the correct way. It makes a huge difference. |
