It’s rimless. I suspect it’s a ballistic twin to the .357 maximum. Would think a guy could load some bullets designed for the .348 Winchester, which could get a guy up around 220-230 grains, as long as the velocity is adequate to expand it some. Would work a lot better in a bolt action I’d think cuz could leave the OAL a little longer than a lever. Those spire points a longer than flat nose pistol bullets. I’d best guesstimate the Bushy with the 250 to be a center of vitals hold out to about 160 yards. I don’t want to use a bullet with a SD under .200 if I can help it. The 250 .452 works out to .175. It’s a light for caliber offering.
