That does happen but not by me. Never has. And there is no justification for harassing people to the degree that nut and others employed by that city have. When you have made contact with management and it gets worse that it becomes obvious that some sort of physical violence on the sole part of an employee is possible, it’s no longer about city property. The employee and others clearly have demonstrated an act of attempting to exact revenge after said employee got in trouble and reprimanded for his actions.

It has obviously become nothing more than revenge tactics by a troubled person. And to make obvious false reports to law enforcement to further attempt revenge is a crime. Furthermore, if these law enforcement officers are friends with this individual or individuals and are knowingly part of the harassment, then they can also be held accountable. This county has a history of shady officers in the county seat. Prosecutions have taken place.

Even a certain LEO elsewhere said that those individuals have way too much time on their hands to be doing what they have done.
