Kingston,Mi
I age deer by the very simple but accurate method of (1) do they have camouflage spots or (2) do they have a milk mustache. Absent either of these 2 indicators, and they are in range, they are old enough. Antler idiots are trying yet again for antler restrictions in our area of 4 to a side. The only way that should be the restriction is if they prove they have harvested a minimum of 4 does that current hunting season, then they can purchase a buck license. Our county had nearly 1 reported car/deer interaction per square mile with likely as many un-reported (when they get tagged by a bumper on an 11 axle beet truck, they are definitely dead and most dehydrated within 15 sec. or 70 feet).
