Yep. Some seriously deep pockets out in farm country. Was a eye opener working at FCSA for 10 years. Any pull back in land prices....the salty will get saltier. The ship sailed in the 80's.........those that survived and accumulated dirt in that time frame have an edge that no one starting from zero today can compete with.
